on most current Centel tariff rates By order dated September 29, 1982, the Commission authorized Centel to increase its rates, on an interim basis, by an amount not to exceed $2,244,778 by means of a surcharge calculated using the same pricing unit data and covering the same services as the proposed surcharge in Centers application This interim rate relief was placed in effect subject to the refund provisions of S56240, Code of Virginia, as amended In its September 29, 1982, order, the Commission denied "Phase II" of Centers application, amounting to $2,954,771 and suspended the remainder of "Phase I” amounting to $24,755 for 150 days from the date of Centers September 1, 1982, application
The Virginia State Corporation Commission has scheduled a public hearing on Centers request for $2,269,533 of additional annual revenues in its Courtroom, Jefferson Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia, commencing at 10:00 a m . January 25, 1983 Copies of the application, together with Centers supporting data, are available for public inspection during normal working hours at Centel offices where bills may be paid and in the Commission's Document Control Center located on Floor B1 of the Jefferson Building, Richmond, Virginia
