Sharon Luke asked if the center will be open to local people and to non-Catholics.
"We really haven't taken a look at the yet...but I feel and obligation and a desire to serve the local community here. I don’t think the Bishop will have any problem with that as long as we can work out the scheduling," Bayne replied.
