In the junior division the Casanova Hunt team of Jeanne Fendley riding Baby Snooks and Bonnie Tweed on Strawberry Delight beat their closest competitors, the Bull Bun pair of Dawn Dugan on copy Right and Amy Krenytzky riding Winter Warning, to turn the leadership around once again as the Casanova team leads by one point.
Trout Stocking
Continues
Trout stocking by the Virginia Game Commission’s Fish Division will continue during April in streams around the state. Contrary to past procedures, streams will remain open to anglers during the follow-on stocking operations.
Dates and locations for stocking in the Rappahannock area are:
—Week of April 4; Lynch and South rivers and Swift Run in Greene County, Hughes and Robinson rivers in Madison County.
—Week of April 11; Garth Run and Rose River in Madison County, Passage and Cedar creeks in Shenandoah County.
