Again today, April 5, another puppy was dropped in our driveway.
There are five possibilities as to why people are doing this at our house:
1. They don’t know we atfeady have two dogs and two cats of our own. (All are neutered.)
2. They think we’re rich and can afford to advertise or spend the time and money to find new homes for the puppies. (We are not rich.)
3. They are just ignorant and have no respect for the well-being of the puppies and don’t care what becomes of them.
4. They haven’t the money to neuter their female
