Amend Regulation R3-6.1 to read as follows:
Upon killing a bear, any person exempt from license requirement as prescribed in Section 29-52 of the Code of Virginia, or issued a complimentary license as prescribed in Section 29-80 or the holder of the permanent license issued pursuant to Section 29-52(3) shall, without unnecessary delay, present the carcass of his kill to an authorized checking staton or to any appropriate representative of the Commission in the county or adjoining county in which the bear was killed. At such time, the person shall be given an official game tag furnished by the Commission, which tag shall be securely attached to the carcass
CHAPTER 6. Deer Amend Regulation R6-9(c) to read as follows:
Upon killing a deer and tagging same, as provided above, the licensee shall, without unnecessary delay, present the tagged carcass of his kill to an authorized checking station or to an appropriate representative of the Commission in the county or adjoining county in which the deer was killed. At such time, the tag previously attached to the carcass shall be exchanged for an official game tag, which shall be furnished by the Commission, and securely attached to the carcass.
Amend Regulation R6-9.1 to read as follows:

CHAPTER 15. Rabbit. Amend regulation R15-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawfull to hunt rabbit from the first Monday in November through January 31, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 17. Squirrel. Regulation R17-11, setting the bag limit for squirrel, is hereby rescinded.
Regulation R17-17, setting the bag limit for fox squirrel, is hereby rescinded.
Add to Chapter 17. following regulation R17-18, a new Article 3 entitled Bag Limit.'
Add a new regulation to be numbered R17-19 to read as follows:
The combined bag limit for all squirrels shall be six a day and seventy-five a license year in the aggregate.
CHAPTER 18. Turkey. Amend Regulation R18-2.2 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt bearded turkeys only from April 14 through May 12, 1984, both dates inclusive,, and from April 13 through May 11, 1985, both dates inclusive, from one-half hour before sunrise to 11 o'clock a m. Bearded turkeys may be hunted by calling. It shall be unlawful to use dogs or organized drives for the purpose of hunting.
Amend Regulation R18-4 to read as follows:
