The owners of The Inn at Little Washington want the court to review the town zoning administrator’s refusal to issue a building permit. Acting for Patrick J. O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch, lawyer David Dickey has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus with clerk Diane Bruce Monday, naming zoning administrator David Konick as plaintiff.
Bruce said Tuesday no court date had been set yet. Commonwealth attorney Douglas Baumgardner said he expected The Inn would file notice by mid-week to request a date for review in circuit court.
