Samuel Bailey, SS, of Charles Town, West Virginia, formerly of Flint Hill, died on Sunday, December 4, 19KJ. at the Shenandoah Nursing Home in Hanson, W. Va.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at the Flint Hill Methodist Church by the Rev. Merlin Shorb. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mr. Bailey was born in Kilevville, son of the late Isabel Walker and Robert James Bailey. He was a veteran, retired farmer and a member of the Bolivar Cnited Methodist Church in Bolivar, West Virginia.

Surviving are three nephews Julian Clatterbuck el Charles Town, Robert Clatterbuck of Flint Hill and I,ester (’latterbuck of Front Royal.
