Christmas Concert
On Sunday, December 11, 3:00 p.m. the Choral Society of Culpeper will present its Christmas Concert at the new Precious Blood Catholic Church, 401 N. Main St., Culpeper. The program includes works by Charpentier, Mendelssohn, and many carols performed by soloists, chamber orchestra and organ. The concert is free and open to the public. RAAC New Year's
Eve Party
Invitations will soo go out for the second annual RAAC New Year’s Eve party, dinner and dance. The party is planned to be held on December 31 at Middle Street Gallery and Mountain Railway Gallery with dinner served in the Trinity Parish Hall.
EMT Course Set
There will be an Emergency Medical Technician - Shock Trauma Basic Course held at the Culpeper Meipqrjal, Hospital classroom beginning January 9, from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. This course is sponsored by the Rappahannock - Rapidan EMS Council.
The cost is $27.25 for textbook and workbook. Preregistration is required and certain criteria need to be met. For further details, call the Rappahannock - Rapidan EMS Council office at 825-6849 from 9-5 Monday-Friday.
Breakfast With Santa
Santa Claus will be the special guest at a fund raising breakfast sponsored by the PTO of A. G. Richardson Elementary School in Culpeper.
A professional photographer will also be on hand to snap pictures of youngsters while parents enjoy the continental breakfast in the cafeteria of the Culpeper County High School. Brakfast will be served from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 10. Reservations must be made by December 2 by calling 825-0616.
Cost of the breakfast is $2 per person. Proceeds will go towards the school’s trip to Williamsburg for fourth, fifth and sixth graders.
