NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT to Section 16-2-3 (1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday. November 27, 1985 at 9:00a.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

VARIANCE No 287: William and Elizabeth Faulconer have applied for a variance from the subdivision requirements of Section 2-31A of the 1973 Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County Mr & Mrs Faulconer wish to sell an existing house with 7 2 acres, located on a fifty foot right of way off State i , Route 610 in Chester Gap. Wakefield District SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO 288 DWIGHT AND CHARLES FRYE wish to establish an automotive ' garage on their property located on Route 211 near Hillsdale Grocery Washington, Va. Tax Map No 21-25E. Automotive garage not to consist of more than 3 to 4 vehicles at one time. Hampton District A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 16-2-3 (2), if any.
