Bill Strider, executive director of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commission which administers the grant funds for construction of the Sperryville sewer system, had informed the WSA members at an earlier meeting that the new Virginia Municipal League insurance pool would provide liability coverage effective July 1.
