Rappahannock News Photo/Lou Hatter THE PLANNING COMMISSION for the Town of Washington listens intently to the suggestions of several dozen citizens at public hearings last Thursday. Both the proposed comprehensive plan and zoning ordinances were discussed. Following the hearings, the commissioners voted to recommend both documents to the Town Council. Serving on the commission were (1. to r.) Frank Reynolds, Councilman William Wickens, Dan Lewis and Randolph Clater.
