Acting on matters which they considered to pose no threat for personal liability, the WSA members approved an extension of 20 days to the contract with Buckley-Lages for installing septic tanks at individual properties served by the sewer system. That gives the company until July 24 to finish putting in the 30 remaining tanks.
Mr. Gerhart also advised the WSA to seek the release of $58,000 of the $82,000 contingency budget provided by the construction grants. Without this extra, there may not be enough money to pay for the installation of eight additional tanks and hook-ups now planned to be included
