WSA secretary James White proposed requesting the Board of Supervisors to “indemnify and hold harmless” the Authority in the event of a suit. “We should pass a resolution asking the supervisors to cover us. And we should attach our resignations. If they don’t, we’re out of business ... We need immunity from personal liability.”
