Rappahannock News Staff Writer
The Virginia Federation of Humane Societies suit against the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, set for hearing last Friday, has been continued until September 4.
The action came Friday afternoon following a long-distance telephone conference among Judge W. Shore Robertson and attorneys Peter Luke, county attorney for Rappahannock, and Harry Bosen, counsel for the Humane Society.
