of the Town of Washington,
Virginia to establish
various separate zoning classifications
of land within the
Town, and to regulate uses of
land within the Town, as well
as other amendments to the
same zoning ordinance.
The public hearing on the proposed Plan will be heard first, and the public hearing on the Zoning Ordinance amendments will begin immediately following.
The proposed Comprehensive Plan and the Proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments are available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Cogrt of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
All citizens are invited to attend and present their views. After consideration of the information presented at the public hearings, the Town Council intends to consider the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan and the amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia for two successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
