Monday evening, July 14 the Amissville Homemakers Club enjoyed a barbecue-picnic at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thornton Semones.
Co-hosting were Mr. and Mrs. Emiel Smet and assisting were the Semones’ daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Bradley, new residents of Amissville. Special guest was Mrs. Sandra Richardson, the Home Extension Agent of Washington.
