The Child Care and Learning Center will dedicate its new building on Rt. 211 just west of Washington on Sunday, November 16, at 3 p.m. The Rev. Jennings Hobson III will officiate at the dedication ceremonies. The community is invited to attend the dedication and tour the new building.

Although the facility has been in use since May, the ceremony marks its official opening.

Local donations, both large and small, showed real community support for the construction of the new building, according to Lois Manookian, one of the backers of the fundraising effort. “A large challenge grant from the Greve Foundation provided great stimulus, and the Center’s staff, board members and parents all worked hard to fulfill the dream,” she added.
