school. Many of the youngsters attend every day, others come parttime. CCLC offers quality, stable learning experiences, with appropriate educational materials, to help each child develop his potential, the management says. Language skills are developed in an atmosphere responsive to children’s communications. Social skills are enhanced through the interaction of children with their peers and with adults.
Three classrooms accommodate the infant-toddler group, the twoyear-olds, and pre-schoolers. The pre-schoolers (three and four-yearolds) share one large room, and each group has its own activity center and teacher. Each classroom has its own bathroom and access to its own fenced outdoor play area. A large community room accommodates group activities in bad weather.
