Although Mr. Borgens is no stranger to Rappahannock — he lives with his wife and two sons outside Washington - his previous employment prevented him from offering his services to this county. He said, “I am very excited about expanding the services which I can offer, and I am looking forward to becoming more involved in the community.”
Mr. Borgens will be available for day, evening and Saturday appointments. He is also willing to speak to community groups on topics of general interest, including “Stress: You
