flexercise & aerobic classes
AEROBIC CLASSES - 6 week series—beginning Thursday, March 19. Classes will be held each Tuesday & Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School Tuesday and Friday afternoons at 4 p.m. at Flint Hill fire hall. Class fee is $25 for twice a week and $35 for unlimited attendance at aerobic and flexercise classes. FLEXERCISE CLASSES—begin Monday, March 23 at 6 p.m. Classes Monday & Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School.
