Richard North
Richard Basil North, 82, of Front Royal, died March 5 in the Bon Air Home for the Elderly, Stephens
Mr, North was bom Jan. 23, 1905, hi Huntly, the son of the late Nish and Mittie Williams North.
He was employed for five years at John S. Mosby Academy in Front Royal and for seven years with Hydro Spray Car Wash, Front Royal. He retired after 33 years with Proctor Feed Mill, Front Royal.
Surviving are his wife Annie Thompson North, two sons, Robert E. North of Front Royal ami Woodrow W. North of Valley Lee, Md., a brother Aubrey J. North of Huntly, a sister Lelia North of Luray, eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted March 7 at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home, Front Royal, by the Rev. Barbara Alio way. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Pallbearers were Francis Hall, Richard Burke, John Dofflemyer, Roland Bean, Herbert Lake and William Craun.
