Hall, C.L.S., dated the 23rd day of August, 1976, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County in Deed Book 120, Page 162. A bidder's deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price may be required when the property is sold and settlement in full sail be made within ten (10) days thereafter.
