Members were informed of two National PTA training conventions in the near future (May 20 in Luray and June 1 in Berryville). The executive committee was urged to attend as well as any other interested members.
Judy Tole was given charge of the $200 designated for a baseball overhang. She will use the money for some kind of improvement to the baseball field.
After a budget discussion the meeting was ajoumed with thanks from President Cindi Andreoni for a good year. She is looking forward to an increased active membership next year.
