Mr. and Mrs. Roger Hitt hosted a Fourth of July cookout celebration for family and Mends. They had a fireworks display after the cookout. Around 50 guests were in attendance.
On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson had a birthday party for Mr. Dodson’s mother Mrs. Gladys Dodson, his daughter Carolyn, Joe Reid, Sherry Reid and Mrs. Christine Dodson. About 30 family and Mends attended this joyous occasion.
Sunday guests of Mr. and Bln. Acrey Dodson were Bln. Alice Grigsby of Flint Hill and Miss Wendy Hawkins.
