Diabetics can eryoy lemonade made with sugar substitute as a free food up to four (8 oz.) glasses per day. Diabetic lemonade 1/2 c. lemon juice Sugar substitute to equal 8 teaspoons of sugar 2 cups cold water Combine juice and sugar substitute.

Add water and mix well. Pour over ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh mint leaves as desired.
