TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE ON JULY 18,1987 at 11:00 A.M. In execution of certain deeds of trust from John Walker Jenkins and John Walker Jenkins, et. ux. to Douglas K. Baumgardner, Trustee, dated December 18, 1978, January 17,1980 and June 25,1982 and recorded among the land records in the Clerks Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 130 at page 229; in Deed Book 134 at page 392; and in Deed Book 141 at page 795, default having been made in the payment of the debts therein secured and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned Trustee, after giving fourteen (14) days notice to the owner of the real estate of the date, time, place and terms of sale, will offer for sale the real estate with improvements thereon situated in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia on July 18,1987 at 11:00 A.M. at the front door of the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia.
