The County reserves the ■ right to have its architect in- ! sped any portion of the construction project, to assure compliance with specifications. Box 222, Washington, Virginia,; 22747, so to be received by him no later than 2:00 P.M. on Monday, July 20.1987, at: which time bids will be opened and publidy read. To be acceptable a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bid- ■ der, and must be signed by the bidder. The winning bidder witi be expected to sign a standard A.I.A. or similar contract with the County of Rappahannock.
