During the day a variety ot foods and soft drinks, as well as official Jamboree souvenirs may be purchased at any of the many concessions stands that will dot the Jamboree grounds. Visitors are invited to bring coolers full of “picnic goodies” and beverages. Festival organizers also announced that no alcoholic beverages will be permitted.
The Park will be closed on Jamboree day to all but Jamboree ticket holders, which entities them to use of the 1,000 acre park’s mini-golf, playgrounds, swimming pool and many picnic areas and other facilities.
. Tickets to The Bull Run Country Jamboree are $12.50 in advance and $15 at the gate. Tickets may be purchased at any of the Desperados stores in Fairfax, Springfield and j Manassas and in Maryland stores in t Rockville and Annapolis; at Ticket g Center outlets in Maryland, Virginia f and D.C. and all Regional Parks and \ The Park Headquarters at 5400 Ox . Rd., Fairfax Station. Children six and under will be admitted free.
