Maggie Rogers' collection of elves, imps and fauns are not figures of clay but rather fragments from a child's dream, and with Janet Kerig’s Barbar flutes, anyone willing to gently improvise with a little wind and a little dexterity can make beautiful music.
In coryunction with the exhibit of youthful images, which will hang through July, the Middle St. Gallery Artists Cooperative is sponsoring a two-morning drawing class for children. In addition, plans are underway for offering art lessons this fall for children in grades kindergarten through third, fourth through seventh and eighth through high school.
