Booklets of old-time Beahm family recipes, gathered at last year’s reunion, were passed out for all to enjoy. Mary Ellen Burke suggested that next year some of the recipes should be prepared and served at our annual meeting.
Stella and Dennis Johnson had prepared a poster of “Our Heritage” commemorating their visit in June to Boehm’s Chapel in Lancaster, Pa.
Jim Galloway, who emceed the program, expounded a bit on the subject of the old chapel erected in honor of Rev. Martin Boehm, and encouraged everyone to visit there to find their roots.
