Miss Louise Catherine (Billy) Schwartz, 74, who made her home with her sister, Mrs. Clarence (Jane) Ewing at 1070 Hillcrest Drive, Harrisonburg, died Sept. 1 at the Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health for several years and had been a patient at the Camelot Nursing Home for the past two years.
Miss Schwartz was bom Feb. 12, 1913, at Sperryville, a daughter of the late Ernest and Sallie Lillard Schwartz. She graduated from business school in Richmond and began working for the Internal Revenue Service in Richmond in 1933. She then returned to Sperryville and operated the family store there until
