BloodmobUe

in Warrenton

The Red Cross Bloodmobile will be at the Warrenton United Method* ist Church on Thursday, Sept. 17 between the hours of 12:30 and 5:80 p.m. Its goal is to collect 90 units.

Except for the special blood drive organized by the Highway Dept., blood collections over th$/ summer did not meet their goals. With the usual vacation season at an end, officials of the Fauquier Chapter of the Red Cross hope there will be a good response to the present appeal for blood. ,/ / .

The previous appearance of the Bloodmobile in Warrenton, in July, drew 81 prospective donors, only 72 of whom were accepted for donations. To Mr. Boijes, that means that there are a number of people in the area who now are eligible to contribute blood. A blood donor may be anyone 17 or older in good health who has not given blood for two months.
