hymn “My Country Tis of Thee,” Rev. Abram Sangrey, a retired Methodist minister long associated with Boehm’s Chapel, was introduced along with his wife Dorothy. Rev. Sangrey also gave a short talk on the chapel and led attendees in prayer prior to our meal.
Many thanks are extended to the following people who helped with organizing the reunion, the publicity and the cleaning up: Mary Ellen Burke, Hilda Metzger, Pauline Herehey, Isaac Beahm and Dorothy Rector.
Lively conversation ensued during and after the meal and many group photos were taken. All agreed the reunion was again an enjoyable event and look forward to more of the same in 1988.'
