James L. Tale
James Lonnie Tate, 89, of Remington, died Aug. 27 at the Culpeper Health Care Center. He was a retired carpenter.
A native of Fauquier County, he was the son of James Tate and Laura Virginia Groves Mason. He was a member of the Bealeton Baptist Church.
Mr. Tate is survived by a number of nieces and nephews, including Edgar and James Edwards of Remington.
A funeral service was conducted Aug. 30 at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper. Interment was at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Bealeton.
