Cranberry-Coconut Smoothie Ingredients: Skim milk, for one serving use 1/2 cup Low calorie cranberry juice, for one serving use 1/4 cup banana, for one serving use 1/3 medium coconut extract, for one serving use 1/2 tsp. artificial sweetner, for one serving use 1-2 packets ice, for one serving use 3-4 cubes Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Pour into cocktail glass and serve with straw. Makes 8-ounce serving. This dip will enhance your favorite melon. Cut into bite-size pieces or prepare in melon balls. Serve with fork or toothpicks. Yogart Fruit Dip 1 package (8 ounces) low calorie cream cheese, softened 1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt 1 tsp. vanilla extract , 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 14 packets artificial sweetner Combine cream cheese and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 2 cups or 8 servings. 4 tablespoons per serving. Fruited Meringue Cups
