Rebecca Jackson
Rebecca Annette Jackson, 25, of Washington, D.C., died Sept. 13 at the Washington Hospital Center.
A native of Madison County, she was a salesperson at Woolworth’s.
Survivors include her mother Frances Jackson Roy and stepfather Bery'amin B. Roy of Sperryville, her grandmother Virginia Jackson of Madison, a sister Debra Lynn Cooper of Philadelphia, Pa., three brothers, Daniel Roy, Bepjamin Roy and James Roy, all of Washington, nine aunts and five uncles.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Second Robinson Baptist Church in Madison by Rev. James Burrell of Manassas. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
L.D. Mills Sr.
Leonard Dudley Mills Sr., 72, died Sept. 15 at his home in Mar, shall.
Mr. Mills was a retired employee of Turner Oil Co., The Plains.
He was a past grand master of the Odd Fellows Lodge in Mamhnii and for more than 20 years was a member of the board of deacons of the Marshall Baptist Church.
He was born July 3,1915, in Rappahannock County. He married Lorena Payne, who predeceased Him
