Will, Trustees, re:orded among the land records in :he Circuit Court of Rappahannock bounty, Virginia in Deed Book 152 at page 58, default having been made in the payment of the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Trustees, having been requested and jirected so to do by the holders of said obligation, will offer for sale VT PUBLIC AUCTION on the front steps of the Courthouse Building sf the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County at Washington, Virginia at 10:00 a m. on Friday, the ?nd day of October, 1987 all that ract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and appurtelances therewith connected, located, lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia ind more particularly described is follows: TRACT A: Beginning at a Spanish oak, gum and hickory corner to John G. Parks near a tenement house, thence with Parks N 56 W 69 poles to a stone comer to said Parks thence N 39-1/4 W 34 4 to a stone, thence N 91/2 E 16 poles to a stone in Parks' line thence leaving said line S 73-3/4 W 20.8 poles to oak tree near Blackwater Run, thence across and down said run S 42 W 10 poles to stone in middle of public road and at a gate near Berry's bam, thence down middle of said road S 15-1/2 W 50 poles, S 7 W 14 poles, S 12 E 17.2 poles to a stone on E side of said road, thence leaving said road S 481/2 W 16 poles to a red oak tree corner to Mrs. Martha Burke, thence S 53 E 76.8 poles to a white oak and hickory in edge of woods, thence N 75-1/4 E 140 poles to a chestnut, gum and dogwood in said Parks line thence with her line N 61-1/2 W 77-1/2 poles to the beginning, containing 80 acres.
