Contingencies deemed fulfilled
Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke advised the board that in his opinion, all contingencies stipulated by the board prior to purchasing the Stover tract had been fulfilled.
• A survey done in July indicated that the property has about 75 feet frontage on a state road, more than required by the contract.
• The geo-technical data compiled by Joyce Engineering indicates that the state requirements for preliminary approval have been fulfilled.
