L.D. Mills Jr., Marshall, a daughter Mrs. Nancy Mills Withers, Herndon, two brothers, Charles Mills, Warrenton, and Lewis Mills, Culpeper, and two grandchildren, Lisa and L.D. (Chip) Mills III.
Friends may call Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Marshall Baptist Church, with interment at the Warrenton cemetery.
Mary Osborne
Mrs.Mary Virginia Tapp Osborne, 82, of Amissville, died Sept. 9 at the Royal Haven Nursing Home, Front Royal.
Mrs. Osborne was the widow of Rev. J. Fletcher Osborne. She is survived by her brother John A. Tapp, Amissville, a niece Betty O’Connor, Amissville, a nephew William Tapp of Herndon and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Services were conducted Sept. 11 at the Amissville United Methodist Church by Rev. Steve Parker. Burial was in the church cemetery.
