The Rapptihun nock Netvs has been selected as a "Blue Ribbon” community newspaper in an evaluation sponsored by the National Newspaper Foundation.
In making the selection, the evaluation panel noted the newspaper’s aggressive news coverage, news writing and editing, the news and feature photography, and the pair's strong, community -oriented editorials.
The panel found particularly worthy of note the paper's coverage of the "Finders” last February', when a group believed at the time to lie a cult was tracts® to the Rappahannock-Madisoir
