Stellar evolution
lecture at LFCC
Dr. William H. Ingham will present a public lecture on “The Fires of Alchemy: Stellar Evolution and Element Building” at Lord Fairfax Community College on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Ingham is chairman of the physics department at James Madison University. This program is in conjunction with the “Science Fair Showcase,” which will display winning science projects from area high schools.
The lecture and projects will be presented in the William H. McCoy Special Events Center at Lord Fairfax Community College. For information about the “Science Fair Showcase” program, contact the college at (703) 869-1120.
