CIVIL DESIGNER Candidates should have 2-4 years of design experience in residential and commercial land development. B.S.C.E. or equivalent experience.
CIVIL DRAFTERS Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year drafting experience in civil engineering particularly in land development. A certificate in drafting helpful.
SITE PLANNER/
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Individual will be responsible for designing and drafting preliminary subdivisions and site plans as well as assist in the preparation of rezoning documents and feasibility studies. A strong graphic ability is desirable. B.S.L.A. is desirable or equivalent experience.
