These ex-students will offer their own various styles of innkeeping — from part-time owners who work in the city and commute
to their inn in the country, to a three-room B & B whose reputation is built on their limited dinner business, which is open to the public as well.
The workshop begins at 10 a.m. and will end around 4 p.m., depending on questions from the group. For
