The Flint Hill Home Extension Club met at the Comer Post Restaurant on Tuesday, February 7 for a luncheon with a meeting following. Sandra Richardson gave a talk on “Cancer and Heart Attack.” Memjsers present were Margaret Dodson, Elsie Dodson, Russie Miller, Flo Duvall, Alice Pullen, Janet Eastham, Peggy Eastham, Linnie Cummings and Jennifer Matthews.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis recently visited Mrs. Eleanor Timmons, Jim Curtis and Robin Kilpatrick at Leesburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Butler and sons Daniel and Todd of Front Royal were Saturday dinner guests of the latter’s mother Mrs. Wade Pullen.
Mr. and Mrs. William Lee had as their Sunday dinner guests their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Grove and children Eric and Jennifer of Front Royal.
Mrs. Irene Hamilton of High Point, N.C. arrived on Sunday to spend two weeks with her mother Mrs. Moffett Brady. Visiting them on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Dick Brady, Molly and Jason of Oakton and Mr. and Mrs. M.H. Brady.
