Raymond Jenkins
Raymond Kasper Jenkins, 74, of Ranson, W. Va., died Feb. 10 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Mr. Jenkins was bom in Culpeper on February 3, 1915, the son of the late Herbert Jenkins and Ida Burke Jenkins. He was a retired electrician with the Northeast Electric Company, Brentwood, Md., and was a member of Baptist Faith. He also served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Lucas Jolliffe Jenkins, Ranson, W.Va.; one son, Bydler Ray Jenkins, Charleston, W.Va.; two stepsons, C.A. Lucas, Helena, N.Y., and John H. Gilbert, Ranson,
