Tracey Clark, manager of the Rappahannock Animal Shelter in Amissville since it opened in November, is leaving at the end of the month.
Her husband, Shenandoah National Forest park ranger Steve Clark, is being transfered to New Jersey, Mrs. Clark said this week.
