AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE
DECENNIAL REAPPORTIONMENT
OF ELECTION DISTRICTS IN
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
1. This Ordiance is made pursuant to §§15,1-37.5, 15.1-571.1, 24.1-17.2, 24.1-37, and 24.1-39 of the Code of Virginia, to accomplish the decennial reapportionment of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. Said reapportionment is based upon population figures obtained from the Federal census last completed, so to equalize the population between the election districts. 2. The election districts for the County of Rappahannock shall continue to five in number, and the Wakefield District shall continue to consist of two precincts, all of which shall continue with their present names and polling places as follows:
