PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 24,1991, at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: SU#91-03-02 Donald E. Nielsen, 700 Forest Park Rd., Great Falls, VA 22066 contract purchaser of Lot 2, from parent tract of Tax Map 6, Parcel 2E containing 25.003 acres, desires to obtain a special use permit in order to construct and maintain a kennel to accommodate up to thirty (30) animals (dogs of up to 18 lbs.). Contained in the projected kennel shall be ten to fifteen runs with the kennel structure to be about 30x60 feet in size. Property is located on State Rt. 662 in Huntiy area, Wakefield District; zoned “A" Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3*5 (D) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday April 17, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 5.1-9, if any.
