Hi Dad,

Well It's been five long years since you went away. I miss you Just as much today as 1 did when you first left. Last Sunday was Easter Sunday and as we did the last Sunday you were here, we went to Sunrise Service at Hopewell Baptist Church. As 1 sat there with tearflUed eyes, 1 could see your face filled with pride and hear your voice say 'AMEN' In agreement with the minister's message. 1 remembered that evening when you said to me, "You know, one day that boy Is going to be a preacher". Yes, Dad that boy (Forrest) was the minister in the pulpit. 1 longed so much for you to hear his message. Maybe you did. We all miss you so much. Dad.
