The object of this suit is to effect the release of certain deeds of trust of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 123 at Pages 704 and 708, wherein Red H. Dermitt and Maureen M. Dermitt conveyed legal title to the properties therein described to Samuel Shayon, Trustee, to secure payment of debts evidenced by two deed of trust notes dated March 25, 1977, said notes being further described according to said deeds of trust and in the petition filed in this cause.
An Affidavit having been made and filed and me Petition having stated that the said Patricia Baird Finney may be a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of Patricia Baird Finney, if she be living, is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of mis suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Petition has made said persons parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is, therefore
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in the deed of trust notes secured by the above described deeds of trust recorded amongst the land records of this Court are made parties defendant by a general description of •PARTIES UNKNOWN”, as follows:
